Creme de Menthe Brownies


Chocolate Brownie Mix (for 13x9x2 pan)
about 1/3 cup Mint Chocolate Chips
6 Tablespoons butter or margarine
5 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups unsifted confectioners sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons Creme de Menthe


Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, adding mint chips. Bake and cool completely.
Melt butter.
Combine milk and pudding mix.
Add milk and pudding to butter.
Blend in sugar, beat until fluffy.
Add creme de menthe.
Spread on cooled brownies. Refrigerate.
Melt chocolate chips over very low heat or hot water.
Spread carefully over mint layer.
Cut into squares and refrigerate to harden chocolate.
